Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Amalyn Collections. We stand behind the quality of every garment. If an item arrives damaged in transit or is the wrong size/style ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:

1. Clothing Returns

Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please provide photos and your reason for return via our contact channels. Our team will respond within 1-2 business days.

2. Size Exchanges

If you need a different size, contact us within 7 days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless we shipped the wrong size.

3. Payment and Checkout Issues

If you have been charged twice or encountered a technical issue during checkout with Stripe or bank transfer, please contact our support team at contact@amalyncollections.com or Tel 097-342-9091 with your order number or payment proof. We will investigate and issue a refund within 7 business days.

4. Right to Refuse Returns

We reserve the right to refuse returns for worn items or items not meeting return conditions. We also reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if we are unable to fulfill the request due to unforeseen circumstances.
